Wills – Myth 5 – I have to use a lawyer in my city, state or territory to make my Will

by Andrew Lind on 3 July, 12

No so.

Our Brisbane based lawyers prepare Wills for clients all around Australia many of whom we have never met. All communication can be by email or phone (07 3252 0011).

So if you are outside Queensland or Brisbane,  let’s get started.

Step 1 is to email Bronwyn Beveridge of our office and ask for our Will Instruction Sheet. Click here to email us. You then complete it and return it to us. We then provide a no obligation fixed fee quote to prepare your Will and guide you every step of the way to have it properly signed. (There will be no costs from us until you have accepted our quote).
