Will making myths – Myth 1 – I need a full list of my assets and liabilities

by Andrew Lind on 25 June, 12

I find that clients often put off making a Will because they think they have to make a full list of all their assets and liabilities before doing so. Not true.

A good Will making solicitor / lawyer will ask you a series of questions to get to heart of the make up of the substantial elements of your estate and how those assets are held.

A specialist Will making solicitor / lawyer will then be able to quickly assess if they need more detail about one or two assets (for example real estate).

Don’t put off making your Will because you haven’t got the time to get this detailed list together. You don’t need it.

Call or email us today to obtain a fixed fee quote to have a Brisbane specialist Will making Solicitor / Lawyer step you through the process.
