Queensland Debt Recovery Lawyer – fixed fee legal services (not a percentage of the debt)

Are you considering putting your QLD debt recovery in the hands of a debt recovery agent (or mercantile agent)? Their fee will usually include a percentage of the debt.

If the debt recovery agent’s efforts are not successful they usuallyneed to put the matter in the hands of a solicitor in any event which may result in two fees.

Why no go straight to a Queensland solicitor (lawyer) and have a letter of demand on a solicitor’s letter-head sent on your behalf and for a fixed fee?
